Our cookies are fully baked and made to be enjoyed at room temperature. Warm weather may soften the texture during transit, but it does not mean the cookies have spoiled.
Our cookies are not shipped in insulated packaging or with ice packs. During warmer months, we recommend monitoring your tracking and bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery.
If your cookies arrive slightly warm, simply let them cool at room temperature, or refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to help restore texture. For the best texture, freeze in original packaging if you’re not planning to enjoy them right away.
Store in a cool, dry place and enjoy within 3 to 5 days of receipt for the best texture. For longer storage, keep frozen in the original packaging for up to 1 month.
For that fresh-out-of-the-oven taste, warm in the microwave for 15–20 seconds or in a 350°F oven (or air-fryer) for 4–5 minutes. Let cool slightly before enjoying.
