About Onue

Onue [on-yoo] means gently warm in Korean, and that's exactly what we bake into every cookie. We create our own signature style, alongside a few flavors with a special Korean twist.

Our cookies are nearly a quarter-pound each—substantial enough to satisfy, but never overwhelming. We bake for the perfect texture: from the crispy-gooey bite of our S'mores Cookies to the soft-chewy richness of our Brown Butter Cookies. They are bold in flavor and balanced perfectly: not too sweet, just right.

We bake from scratch with clean ingredients. The core is simple: flour, butter, sugar, and eggs. No oxidizing agents, no emulsifiers, no shortening. Just real ingredients. We stick to strict professional standards because we believe quality comes from doing things the right way, never cutting corners.

Sure, we could use cheaper ingredients. But we'd rather make them right. We spend more on what goes inside, not on packaging, because that’s where the real flavor comes from.
